Electrical RepairsMany a machine has been stopped dead in its tracks because of faulty or worn-out wiring. Diesel engines and their electrical systems have gotten so complicated over the last two decades that the average person can barely keep up. A grounded excavator could close down your job site for days, costing precious time and money that you may not have to spare in the first place. Getting it moving again isn’t just a matter of fixing the problem. You have to properly pinpoint it. To that end, we use the latest diagnostics technology to pinpoint, isolate, and repair any electrical faults, minimizing disruptions and getting you back to work as soon as possible. Drivetrain RebuildThe terms driveline, powertrain, and drivetrain are often used interchangeably because they refer to the same thing: the system of components that take power from your engine to your wheels.
In addition to the gearbox, the other components of the drivetrain are the driveshaft, the axles, and the wheels themselves. All drivetrains are not built the same way of course. Front-wheel drivetrains only transmit power to the front wheels while the rear wheels are “dragged.” Rear-wheel drives operate on a similar principle, only that power is transmitted to the rear wheels this time. Four-wheel drive vehicles have driveshafts that transmit engine power individually to each wheel. This makes a vehicle easier to control on rough terrain. Due to its wealth of moving parts, a drivetrain will suffer natural wear and tear, and once it reaches its breaking point, your vehicle will be grounded until you can replace all the worn-out components. We focus on rebuilding your drivetrain as good as new and getting your vehicle back to you as soon as humanly possible so you can put it back to work. Transmission RepairsYour transmission system regulates the amount of power going from the engine to the wheels.
The transmission is one of the lesser repaired parts of any vehicle but over a long enough use time, it will need to be repaired or replaced. That's where we come in. We are experts in all kinds of transmission systems:
A faulty transmission can cause a lot of power imbalance issues and unresponsiveness while driving and also increase the wear and tear on your engine. Leave the transmission unrepaired and your vehicle will stop moving entirely. We offer repairs and fixes to every transmission problem imaginable. A lot of people don’t perform preventive maintenance on their heavy equipment, waiting until something is broken before they load their excavator or bulldozer onto a flatbed and take it to a mechanic.
But you can save more money and reduce disruptions to your operations by performing preventive maintenance. This focuses on finding and solving small problems before they become big ones. And to save you the hassle of having to cart your heavy equipment to the shop, we have teams that can perform the maintenance on-site. |
Heavy equipment, like all machinery, eventually needs repair. Some of it is just natural wear and tear.
Some of it can be due to common accidents on the job sites due to things like falling stones, rocks, collisions, and uneven terrain. Our experienced mechanics are skilled at identifying problems then fixing them with the utmost care, thoroughness, and speed so you can get back to work as soon as possible. |
